There is a lot going on in and around this world/planet and that of course means movement, tension, relief, passages, beautiful moments, sad moments, insights etc. a whole spectrum that comes along.
So once again it's time for an update.
This movement is because a new kind of light is making its appearance, and everyone is responding in their own way. And you see this reflected in people's behavior and in the choices that people make.
Things that used to work don't work the way they used to. You have to reinvent and try out what can work, and that can sometimes give you a feeling of searching, because you find answers off the paved path, and that can sometimes give you a feeling of excitement, but also a feeling of searching, a feeling of not knowing anymore.
Keep in mind that this movement however unpleasant is necessary for a balance shift between light and dark. And that, of course, involves chafe moments. Because both the light and the dark look at this process differently.
Maybe you experience sudden changes that you didn't see coming, or notice that interactions can be intense at times. Perhaps you have many restless nights, vivid dreams, or sudden feelings of restlessness and fear. Maybe you have a breakthrough or come to an insight.

This message offers some tips, but there are many ways to help you through this process/shift. The important thing is that you continue to have a good sense of what you need. This can sometimes depend on the situation.
The most important thing is grounding, which keeps you in touch with yourself. You need that to know what you need. Do enough grounding exercises, and protect yourself well.
