Workshop Relationship

Did you know that through your relationships you get to know yourself better and deeper? For example, your partner can show your blind spots. A relationship can therefore help you with your development. These are some examples of self-development in the relationship: • Stand up for yourself, • Break through old patterns, • But also receiving love • Reconnect with yourself, • Give love on a healthy way. All connections you make are a form of a relationship. Think of colleagues, clients, children, friends, family and partner. But also, as a teacher with your students, even with your animal. The most important relationship you have is with yourself. That is why it is important to have a good relationship with yourself and to maintain it. Because the way you deal with yourself you will see it back in interaction with someone else. Many people find it difficult to stay with themselves in a relationship. Certainly, if your partner pushes some of your buttons where you still have some wounds to heal, yes that can make you feel out of balance.

How do you get back to yourself when you are out of balance? This will be discussed further during the workshop. A number of things are important here. The mountain principle can be a useful tool for this. Because there is so much to tell about this subject, this workshop is going differently than normal.
